Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding included to ensure they arrive back to us safely.
Ship Your Items
Affix the generated return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or schedule a collection for larger furniture pieces.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
